1-     Reservation; For your convenience Crystal Hall will plan all initial reservation on your behalf -or- you can call directly the hotel “just mention Crystal Hall” and you will be eligible for special room rate.

2-      Airport Pickup; Marriott Hotel and/or Crystal may coordinate the pickup of your guest’s from/to the airport from/to Marriott Hotel, naturally we will need Names, Flight number, estimated time and date of arrivals.

3-      Shuttle to Crystal; The night of the event Marriott Hotel and/or Crystal can coordinate the transportation from/to Crystal, and from/to Marriott Stuart Hotel.
